Under an order of the court at Kayts (Ūrkāvaṟṟuṟai) in case TR 38/24, Mr C. Thulasitharan has been appointed as the temple’s temporary Receiver. From 14 September 2026, the Receiver oversees the temple’s finances and property on behalf of the court, for as long as the order remains in force. ஊர்காவற்றுறை நீதிமன்றத்தில் நிலுவையில் உள்ள வழக்கு இலக்கம் TR 38/24 இன் கீழ் பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்ட கட்டளைக்கு இணங்க, திரு சி. துளசிதரன் அவர்கள் ஆலயத்தின் தற்காலிகப் பெறுநராக (Receiver) நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார். 14 செப்டெம்பர் 2026 முதல், நீதிமன்றக் கட்டளை நடைமுறையில் இருக்கும் காலம் வரை, ஆலயத்தின் நிதியையும் சொத்துக்களையும் நீதிமன்றத்தின் சார்பில் பெறுநர் மேற்பார்வை செய்வார்.
All donations and payments to the temple — including thiruppani donations, pooja and archanai fees and upayam contributions — are to be made to the Receiver’s court-approved bank account, or by cheque payable to the Receiver.திருப்பணி நன்கொடைகள், பூசை மற்றும் அர்ச்சனைக் கட்டணங்கள், உபய நிதி உட்பட ஆலயத்திற்கான அனைத்து நன்கொடைகளும் கொடுப்பனவுகளும், நீதிமன்ற அனுமதியுடன் திறக்கப்பட்டுள்ள பெறுநரின் வங்கிக் கணக்கிலோ அல்லது பெறுநரின் பெயருக்குக் காசோலையாகவோ செலுத்தப்பட வேண்டும்.

Every payment made at the temple receives an official receipt approved by the Receiver. Please do not hand cash to anyone without receiving one.ஆலயத்தில் செலுத்தப்படும் ஒவ்வொரு கொடுப்பனவுக்கும் பெறுநரால் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட உத்தியோகபூர்வ பற்றுச்சீட்டு வழங்கப்படும். பற்றுச்சீட்டு இன்றி எவரிடமும் ரொக்கமாகப் பணம் வழங்க வேண்டாம்.
The temple’s offering boxes (undiyal) are sealed under the Receiver’s supervision. They are opened at set intervals in the presence of witnesses, counted, deposited in the bank and reported to the court.ஆலயத்தின் காணிக்கைப் பெட்டிகள் (உண்டியல்) பெறுநரின் மேற்பார்வையின் கீழ் சீல் வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. குறிப்பிட்ட கால இடைவெளியில், சாட்சிகள் முன்னிலையில் அவை திறக்கப்பட்டு, எண்ணப்பட்டு, வங்கியில் வைப்புச் செய்யப்பட்டு, நீதிமன்றத்திற்கு அறிக்கையிடப்படும்.
Those who rent or lease the temple’s shops, halls, land or houses should pay their rent to the Receiver and obtain a receipt.ஆலயத்திற்குச் சொந்தமான கடைகள், மண்டபங்கள், காணிகள் அல்லது வீடுகளைக் குத்தகைக்கு அல்லது வாடகைக்கு எடுத்துள்ளவர்கள், தமது வாடகையைப் பெறுநரிடம் செலுத்திப் பற்றுச்சீட்டைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
Suggestions or concerns about the temple’s administration may be sent to the Receiver in writing, with any supporting information, in person or using the contact details below.
